ACTIVE & PASSIVE VOICE RULES: Join TICHA TRICK for ACTIVE & PASSIVE VOICE RULE #01


1.                  RULE #01: In Active Voice, the subject performs the action expressed in the verb. In other words, the subject acts. For example:
Dogs eat bones
The snake bit the body

Students’ Task:
Ask students to put the following sentences into Active Voice:
Yams were cooked by her

Home works were done by students

The lesson was taught by teacher

The ball was played by him

The tree was cut by John

The results were announced by the Headmistress
