Rule 10. Some nouns like; dozen, score, pair, hundred, and thousand do not have a plural form especially when they are used after a number.
Examples:
Ten hundred shillings (Not: Ten thousands shillings).
Five thousand people (Not: Five thousands people).
20 million shillings (Not: 20 millions shillings).
