(4) Please allow me, on behalf of the Zanzibar Revolutionary Government, to offer cordial greetings to this historic meeting. 

(5) Allow me to extend to you, the delegates to this meeting, the brotherly greetings and very best wishes of the people of the United Republic of Tanzania.
